 Dreamstay Suite is a warm vibe, beachside, dog-friendly home with golf cart and private beach access located in Palm Coast, FL. It offers a peaceful environment perfect for families or groups seeking a tranquil getaway. 

 The suite includes essentials like towels, bed linens, kitchen supplies, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. There's also a dedicated workspace, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit. 

 Yes, pets are welcome! We have a dog door and a fenced backyard perfect for your furry friends. Please note, there is a small fee of $100 for bringing pets. 

 Yes, free parking on premises is available.  No Parking in the garage. The garage is available for recreational use, beach spillover, golf cart storage, and washer/dryer. 

 The golf cart is available for daytime use to access the beach and coastal pathways. A waiver is required before use, and you must be 18 or older to operate it. Please adhere to a maximum of four people at a time and avoid using it on A1A. 

 Checkout is by 10 AM. Ensure that all dishes are clean or loaded in the dishwasher and run it. Strip the beds and place all used sheets and towels by the garage door. 

 Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are only permitted outside or on the back porch. Please refrain from using these inside the suite. 

 We encourage you to enjoy your vacation but kindly respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels considerate, especially during late hours.
